| • | Choose the quantity needed for each product using the drop-down menus or search bar. |
| • | Prices are shown on each product. Click on a product to see its full description. |
| • | Note the product size and remember that pictures may not always be accurate. |

Types of Items:
| • | Each/Per Pack Items: Pay the price shown. |
| • | Per Kilogram Items: See the price per KG and select the grams, size or quantity required from the drop-down list. The total will update, based on an average price, but we’ll match your selection as closely as possible and charge you accordingly. |

Checkout:
| • | Click the shopping cart and proceed to checkout when ready. |
| • | Choose between collection or delivery. |
| | • | Delivery: Provide your address and contact details. |
| | • | Collection: Provide your contact details and preferred collection time. |

Payment:
| • | No online payments available. We’ll bring a credit card machine for payment upon delivery or collection. |

| Minimum Order Value |
| • | Residential Orders: Minimum order value is 200 Pula. |
| • | Deliveries to schools, varsities, and business premises are scheduled at specific times, which may vary by area. |
| Order Updates |
| • | You’ll receive alerts as we process your order. |
| • | We’ll keep you informed throughout the process. |
| • | If we have questions, we’ll contact you via WhatsApp. |
| Service Times |
| • | Our Delivery service operates from 09:00 up until 19:00. |
| Delivery Areas |
| • | We deliver based on the store’s service area. Please contact the store to check if you’re within the serviced area. |
| Order Collection |
| • | At checkout, you can choose to collect your order or have it delivered. |
